RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
30-DAY VOLUNTARY RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, ESVlife offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from the day you receive your order.
During the first 14 days, any statutory right of withdrawal available to you remains fully unaffected by the conditions of this voluntary return policy.
For returns made under our voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods under our voluntary 30-day return policy.
This voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace any statutory rights available to consumers.
STATUTORY 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer and statutory EU consumer withdrawal rights apply to your purchase, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For a contract for the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Where several goods are ordered as part of one order and are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
Where goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last lot or piece.
For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the first item.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, but use of the form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.

The online function allows you to identify yourself and the contract, order or part of the contract that you wish to withdraw from.
After you submit your withdrawal using the “Confirm withdrawal” function, we will send you an immediate confirmation by email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time at which it was received.
The online withdrawal function is an additional method of exercising your right of withdrawal and does not restrict your ability to exercise that right by another legally permitted method.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn contract, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method that is more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For contracts involving goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception provided for by applicable law applies.
Such exceptions may include, in particular:
• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
Whether an exception applies depends on the nature and condition of the specific product and the applicable legal requirements.
Opening ordinary outer packaging does not by itself automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
If a statutory exception applies to a particular product, this does not affect any other statutory rights you may have, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription orders are not generally excluded from statutory consumer rights.
The cancellation of future subscription renewals is separate from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal in relation to an order or contract that has already been placed.
Where applicable, future subscription renewals may be cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms and the options available through your customer account.
Nothing in this section restricts statutory consumer rights.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your statutory warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected by this Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different product, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, the easiest solution may be to return the original item in accordance with the applicable return conditions and place a separate order for the new product.
